督憲批準此執照並上附本人映相一張與 在注册之後所遇者方可現產 大英國家保護持續在最近三英國領事官衙門注册者不在此論惟須該離 香港詡生其父母係華人而生於香港隸入英籍者持此執照之人若在中國地方京得

國家與該國經訂約章所有註册領護 凡色一概皆要恪守

收執嗣後如有前往外國須遵依

朝廷議院所定章程至於該處領事官隨時另立條規仍須一律奉行毌得稍有違犯務宜生
